Feasibility Studies and Business Plans
MSG with the collaboration with our business partners is performing Feasibility Studies and developing detailed Business Plans. We go far beyond simply supplying technology or selling equipment and are able to assess the needs of our clients taking into consideration their particular geographic / geologic / social / financial / political situations.
MSG define the scope of the project, provide financial models and projections, structure the financing package and recommend an implementation plan. It is increasingly important to understand both the technical and economic aspects of infrastructure and environmental projects, and preparation of a Business Plan is often the first step of MSG'S turnkey service.
Financing
MSG arrange financing for projects ranging from 50 million USD to over 500 million USD. Project financing is outsourced to MSG and New York Trust Company Inc. (NYTCI), an independent finance group which is currently part of MSG International.
In the public sector, MSG can arrange financing for turnkey, BOT, and other types of projects. In the private sector, the types of arrangements we work with include joint ventures, BOT, turnkey and project investment. Financial packages arranged by MSG may consist of credit or equity investment or a combination of equity and credit.
Planning /Engineering /Design /Procurement
These functions are performed in collaboration with Iinternational associate firms with specialized expertise, all under MSG guidance and overall coordination.

Project Management /Construction
MSG'S Project Management works in collaboration with local partners to build projects on-time and within budget. Local construction firms are engaged as partners or as subcontractors.
